Senior Security Associate - G7

JOB OVERVIEW

The World Food Programme is recruiting a Senior Security Associate in Amman to lead and coordinate security-team activities and strengthen measures that protect WFP personnel, facilities and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyse security threats and risks and prepare decision-support reporting.
• Support operational security activities and process improvements.
• Strengthen emergency and contingency planning and preparedness measures.
• Design and deliver security training and supervise supporting staff.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting security operations, data analysis, reporting and technical guidance.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
