Human Resources Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW

Marriott International is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor for the Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel. The role supports employee relations, recruitment compliance, HR administration, employee records and day-to-day HR support for management and associates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and follow up on employee-relations matters and support resolution of HR issues.
• Support management and the leadership team with Human Resources matters.
• Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with applicable requirements and Marriott policies and standards.
• Respond to employee and management questions regarding HR programs, policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records and files and support annual employee survey administration.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counselling, discipline, motivation and coaching activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of related work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• No license or certification is specified by the employer.
