F&B Service Expert (Level 43) - Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road

JOB OVERVIEW

Four Points by Sheraton is hiring an F&B Service Expert in Dubai to support restaurant and bar service and deliver a smooth guest dining experience at the Sheikh Zayed Road property.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare dining areas and tables for service.
• Communicate guest orders accurately with kitchen and service teams.
• Serve food and beverages and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain clean work areas, supplies and service equipment.
• Follow property safety, service and quality standards.
• Support a professional and welcoming guest experience throughout the shift.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED preferred by the employer.
• Less than 1 year of related experience is acceptable for this non-management role.
• Service-focused communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of an active food-and-beverage service role.
