JOB OVERVIEW
AccorHotels is recruiting a Restaurant Captain in Baghdad to lead dining-room service and supervise front-of-house staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate floor operations, table service and service-team assignments.
- Resolve guest-service issues and coordinate closely with kitchen and restaurant leadership.
- Coach staff and maintain food-safety, hygiene and hospitality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Around 3 years of restaurant-service experience, ideally in a supervisory or fine-dining environment.
- Strong leadership, guest-service and English communication skills.
- Knowledge of food-safety and restaurant operations.
