JOB OVERVIEW
ADNOC Distribution is hiring a Team Leader for Terminal Operations in Abu Dhabi to supervise product receipt, storage, distribution, inventory, quality control and safe terminal operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and supervise product receipt, storage and distribution activities.
- Coordinate safe pipeline and marine receipt and terminal loading and unloading.
- Maintain product quality, inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate maintenance requirements and inspect fire and safety systems.
- Support audits and project reviews including HAZOP, HSEIA and HAZID activities.
- Improve operational performance, cost efficiency and compliance across terminal operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering, Science or Business discipline.
- 10 years of terminal-operations experience in oil and gas.
- 4–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience within terminal operations.
- Strong knowledge of product handling, inventory, safety, quality and terminal systems.
