HSE Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW

NOV is hiring an HSE Supervisor in Ras Al Khair to support safe and environmentally responsible facility operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with company and client safety programs.
• Support implementation of HSE programs and assignments.
• Review JSA/HIRA risk assessments and advise managers on corrective and preventive action.
• Investigate accidents, injuries and property-damage incidents and track preventive measures.
• Conduct inspections, monitor PPE use and maintain HSE statistics and records.
• Deliver safety induction and awareness activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong practical HSE, risk-assessment and incident-investigation capability.
• Knowledge of site safety programs, inspections, PPE and HSE documentation.
• Ability to advise operational teams and communicate safety expectations clearly.
