Business Systems Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW

Aramco is recruiting a Business Systems Analyst for the Learning Solutions & Services Department. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, integrating and continuously improving enterprise learning systems and serving as the technical bridge between business requirements and technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems.
• Design, assess and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning, enterprise applications and other systems.
• Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies and support mobile learning solutions and backend integrations.
• Assess academic and corporate learning-management platforms and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Enhance corporate learning systems and support AI enablement within learning systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Eight years of experience in enterprise business systems, learning technologies or Human Capital Management solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable enterprise LMS platforms.
• Experience with APIs, web services, middleware or integration platforms.
• Experience supporting mobile applications and digital learning platforms; Blackboard, Canvas or Moodle exposure is preferred.
