JOB OVERVIEW
Larsen & Toubro is recruiting a HSE Supervisor in Kuwait. This position supports a strong health, safety and environmental culture by helping identify operational risks, strengthen controls and promote safe working practices across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support implementation of HSE policies, procedures and safe systems of work.
- Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits and corrective-action follow-up.
- Monitor workplace safety performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support incident reporting, investigation and preventive actions.
- Promote safety awareness and compliance across operational teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in health, safety and environmental work within an operational or project environment.
- Practical understanding of risk assessment, incident prevention and safety controls.
- Strong observation, reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams and promote safe behavior.
