Organization Design & Workforce Planning Director

JOB OVERVIEW

Red Sea Global is recruiting a Organization Design & Workforce Planning Director in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position supports people operations and workforce effectiveness, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver practical HR support, accurate workforce information and consistent employee processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR operations, workforce planning and employee lifecycle activities relevant to the role.
• Partner with managers and employees on people-related processes and workforce requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR information, reports and documentation.
• Support implementation of HR policies, organization initiatives and employee programs.
• Contribute to workforce analysis, process improvement and a consistent employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in HR, people operations, workforce planning or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of employee processes, confidentiality and professional HR practice.
• Strong organization, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work accurately with HR data, documentation and competing priorities.
