JOB OVERVIEW
Hilton is hiring a Marketing Manager in Ras Al Khaimah to lead hotel and F&B marketing, communications, digital campaigns, PR, partnerships and local activations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing and communications strategy.
- Lead digital, social-media, content, PR and partnership activity.
- Coordinate campaigns with Sales, Revenue, E-commerce, F&B and Operations.
- Manage marketing budget, agencies and external creative partners.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong F&B, digital, social-media, PR and content experience.
- Good understanding of hospitality marketing and the local market.
- Strong leadership, ownership and execution skills.
