Medical Team Leader

JOB OVERVIEW

Sarinaz is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Team Leader to lead and support its medical team in Erbil. The role is responsible for strengthening field performance, coaching medical representatives, supporting product promotion, and contributing to business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, supervise, and support the medical representative team.
• Monitor field activities and follow up on team performance and assigned targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective territory and medical promotion plans.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to support product growth.
• Prepare regular field and performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
• Proven pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in a Medical Representative, Senior Medical Representative, Supervisor, or Team Leader role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
• Ability to monitor team performance and implement effective action plans.
• Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is required; strong English skills are highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Kurdistan and Iraq when required.
