Assistant F&B Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Emirates Flight Catering is recruiting an Assistant F&B Manager in Dubai to support high-volume hospitality operations, team performance, food safety and service quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support day-to-day food-and-beverage operations and maintain service standards.
• Ensure food-safety, HACCP, hygiene and workplace-safety requirements are consistently applied.
• Plan manpower deployment and support training and performance development of team members.
• Monitor staff costs and other controllable operating expenses.
• Work with production teams on menus and food-service requirements.
• Support beverage concepts, customer-service recovery and resolution of complaints.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to quality systems, including ISO 9001 processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience in a five-star hospitality environment.
• Strong food-safety, operations and people-management capability.
