KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use product-service-line technical expertise to educate customers, Operations and Business Development
- Identify customer technical needs and recommend solutions
- Support business development proposals, workshops and solution up-selling
- Assist Operations and Business Development in diagnosing and communicating service-delivery issues
