NesTalent Finance - Trainee (Iraq)

JOB OVERVIEW

Nestlé is recruiting an Iraq Finance Graduate Trainee for its 24-month NesTalent development program, providing structured rotations and exposure across the MENA Finance function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop finance-analysis, planning and commercial-finance capability through rotations.
• Work on cost optimization, budget efficiency and financial-risk challenges.
• Collaborate across multifunctional teams and business partners.
• Participate in structured training, mentoring and regional development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a very good GPA.
• Fresh graduate with limited work experience and strong interest in finance.
• Available full-time from January 2027.
• Fluent English and flexibility to travel within MENA if required.
