Senior Planning & Performance Management Advisor

JOB OVERVIEW

Aramco is recruiting a Senior Planning & Performance Management Advisor to join the Sales & Supply Planning & Performance Management Division within the Downstream Finance organization. The role performs planning and performance-management activities and supports management reporting and decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive process improvement, cost optimization and commercial value initiatives.
• Provide financial advice to support informed decision-making.
• Lead research and special studies addressing business challenges and executive priorities.
• Collect, analyze and consolidate data for business plans, accountability reports, quarterly business reviews, MIS and management reporting.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular and special planning and performance-management activities and mentor other personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification such as CPA, CMA or CFA is required.
• Nine years of relevant planning and performance-management experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong analytical capability, excellent written and spoken English, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
