Growth Marketing Lead - UAE & International

JOB OVERVIEW

Reportage is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead in Abu Dhabi to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the UAE and international markets. The position owns growth planning, digital performance and conversion improvement across the acquisition funnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and execute growth-marketing plans across priority UAE and international markets.
• Manage customer acquisition and conversion performance across the marketing funnel.
• Oversee digital performance channels and agency partners against measurable targets.
• Localize campaigns and messaging for different markets and audiences.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work across sales, brand, digital and commercial teams to improve campaign effectiveness and revenue contribution.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of growth or performance-marketing experience, including international-market exposure.
• Track record of measurable acquisition or revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics and marketing automation.
• Experience managing multi-market campaigns; MBA or relevant certifications are an advantage.
