JOB OVERVIEW
Marriott International is recruiting for the Commis I position at Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare meals, cold food and substitute items to recipe, quality and presentation standards
- Regulate cooking equipment and maintain food logs, portions and garnishes
- Monitor food quality and quantity and communicate operational needs during busy periods
- Follow company safety, sanitation and professional-service standards
