Commercial and Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Jaheziya is recruiting a Commercial and Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead procurement, sourcing, contracts, project mobilization and supply-chain performance across technical and operational categories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end procurement and supply-chain activities.
• Manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders and strategic sourcing for PPE, fire and rescue equipment, vehicles, tools and spares.
• Source and manage local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier, subcontractor and framework agreements.
• Support project mobilization and bid/proposal commercial inputs.
• Monitor supplier performance, commercial risk and cost optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of procurement, supply-chain or commercial experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong strategic-sourcing, negotiation, contract-management and technical-procurement skills.
• UAE/GCC supplier-market experience.
• Background in emergency services, fire and rescue, defence, oil and gas, industrial services or government contracting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
• CIPS, CPSM or CSCP certification is advantageous.
