General Ledger Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

iQ Group is recruiting a General Ledger Manager in Sulaymaniyah to help ensure the integrity and readiness of the general ledger before monthly closing and audit and to support accurate finance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review general-ledger accounts for unusual, unsupported, aged or misclassified balances.
• Perform pre-close reviews and confirm material accounts are reconciled and supported.
• Identify accounting and reconciliation issues and coordinate follow-up with finance teams.
• Support budgeting and reporting with accurate and timely accounting information.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong general-ledger, reconciliation and month-end close capability.
• Ability to identify accounting issues and drive corrective follow-up across finance teams.
• High accuracy and readiness to support audit and reporting processes.
