Reliability & Asset Integrity Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW

Aramco is recruiting a Reliability & Asset Integrity Engineer to join the Reliability & Asset Management Division under the Power Systems Projects & Technical Support Department. The role supports operating areas and projects with reliability, asset-integrity and engineering analysis for high-voltage power systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop reliability, availability and maintainability models for substations and distribution networks.
• Apply reliability-centered maintenance principles and analyze equipment-performance data.
• Develop and monitor asset-management policies, strategies, initiatives and work plans.
• Perform asset-failure trending and root-cause analysis and track reliability-improvement opportunities.
• Support asset inventories, condition assessments, risk analysis, maintenance strategies and replacement business cases.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals or power utilities in Power Systems Reliability & Asset Integrity Management involving high-voltage electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with reliability programs such as RAM, RCM, RMS and MTBF and with SAP or an equivalent computerized system.
• Certifications such as CMRP, CRE, TapRooT Analyst or Six Sigma are preferred.
