Executive Pastry Chef

JOB OVERVIEW

Hilton is hiring an Executive Pastry Chef in Kuwait City to lead daily pastry production and deliver high-quality pastries and desserts for restaurant and banquet operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day pastry operations, preparation, execution and presentation.
• Produce breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts to required standards.
• Plan production and maintain consistency, quality and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the pastry team while supporting memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain food-safety, hygiene and operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong professional pastry and bakery experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of pastry production, presentation, hygiene and kitchen operations.
