Senior Site Engineer (MEP)

JOB OVERVIEW

AESG is hiring a Senior Site Engineer (MEP) in Dubai to provide building-services technical leadership, supervise installation quality and support commissioning and project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct MEP site inspections for compliance with project specifications, safety requirements and applicable standards.
• Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements and technical submittals.
• Prepare NCRs, SORs, snag lists and RFIs and follow identified issues through resolution.
• Review contractor BIM clash-detection results and technical coordination issues.
• Assess testing procedures and results against project specifications and codes.
• Coordinate with contractors and commissioning teams and monitor installation and submittal progress.
• Mentor colleagues, track milestones and maintain detailed daily site records.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• MEP/Building Services Engineering degree and BSc Mechanical Engineering as stated in the vacancy.
• Minimum 10 years of job-related experience.
• CSA Grade 5 qualification is desirable.
• Certified Commissioning Authority credentials from BCA, ACG or NEBB are desirable.
