Growth Product Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Fasset is hiring a Growth Product Manager in Dubai to own product-led growth initiatives across activation, referrals, rewards and retention. The role works closely with engineering and analytics to ship measurable growth mechanics in a financial-services product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the product roadmap for referrals, rewards, retention and activation initiatives.
• Define measurable success criteria before releases and evaluate results after launch.
• Work directly with an engineering pod to ship growth features and experiments.
• Design reward and payout mechanics with appropriate anti-gaming controls.
• Coordinate growth releases across product teams and dependencies.
• Build lifecycle experiences and use product analytics tools such as Mixpanel to understand segments and funnels.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated experience shipping growth mechanics in consumer fintech, crypto, marketplace or another high-volume digital product.
• Strong product-roadmap and dependency-management skills.
• Practical funnel-analysis and experimentation experience.
• Experience working with engineering and independent analytics functions.
• Emerging-market or Islamic-finance experience is an advantage.
