JOB OVERVIEW
Abdul Latif Jameel is hiring an HR Business Partner Manager in Jeddah to align HR strategy with business priorities and support performance, engagement, talent, development and Saudization objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders on workforce and people priorities.
- Support performance management, engagement, talent management and learning initiatives.
- Develop career-path and succession opportunities.
- Ensure HR strategies and Saudization plans remain aligned with business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year at management level.
- Multinational-company HR experience preferred by the employer.
- Strong leadership, people-management, problem-solving and Arabic/English communication skills.
