JOB OVERVIEW

Al-Futtaim is recruiting a Retail Sales Associate in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This commercial position focuses on building customer relationships, developing opportunities and supporting sustainable revenue growth through disciplined follow-up and professional account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identify opportunities, understand customer requirements and support revenue growth.
• Manage follow-up, proposals, pipeline activity and account information accurately.
• Coordinate internally to support delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Track commercial activity and contribute to achievement of business targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in sales, account management, business development or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a disciplined approach to follow-up and pipeline management.
• Ability to organize priorities and work effectively with internal teams.
