JOB OVERVIEW

CCL Global is supporting a major international energy operator recruiting a Field Operations Manager in Iraq, with the vacancy targeted to experienced Iraqi nationals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead field production and operational activities.
• Own safety, operational reliability, production performance and asset profitability.
• Deliver safe and efficient Oil & Gas production against agreed targets.
• Oversee maintenance, inspection and operational-support functions.
• Coordinate field teams and operational priorities across the asset.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Senior Oil & Gas field-operations leadership experience is required.
• Strong production, HSE, reliability and cross-functional operations management capability.
• Vacancy states the role is part of a nationalisation campaign targeting experienced Iraqi nationals.
