Human Resources Business Partner

JOB OVERVIEW

edari is recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner in Dubai for a 12-month renewable client assignment. The role partners with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business units on HR strategy, policies, procedures, SLAs and governance.
• Advise on UAE labour-law matters and employee-relations cases.
• Lead workforce-planning activities and support organization change.
• Manage aspects of outsourced employees and vendor relationships.
• Support Emiratization initiatives and people dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning & Development and HR Operations teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
• Experience in workforce planning, employee relations, organization change and outsourced-workforce management.
• Strong knowledge of Emiratization, UAE labour law, HR analytics and HRIS.
• CIPD or SHRM certification is preferred.
• Immediate availability or a notice period of no more than 30 days is preferred.
