JOB OVERVIEW
Marriott International is recruiting for the F&B Service Supervisor position at Marriott Executive Apartments Kuwait City in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure food-and-beverage staff work together to deliver optimum service
- Complete opening and closing duties and inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO and cleanliness
- Monitor dining areas, guest service, safety, inventories and maintenance work orders
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling and coaching
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related experience: At least 2 years of related work experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
