JOB OVERVIEW
Halliburton is recruiting a Geographic Information System Specialist-MC in Basra to support geospatial analysis, mapping and operational data management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use ArcGIS and spatial databases to analyze and present operational and infrastructure data.
- Support pipeline and midstream mapping, field surveys and geospatial reporting.
- Improve GIS workflows through data management, automation and integration with operational systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate degree in Geography, Geoscience, Geospatial Science, GIS, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant GIS/geospatial experience.
- Experience with ArcGIS, spatial databases, field-survey tools and related data/automation technologies.
