Heart of House Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

Marriott International is recruiting a Heart of House Specialist for Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The full-time role supports essential back-of-house hotel functions across areas such as kitchen, food and beverage and laundry, with a focus on cleanliness, equipment operation, linen and dishware handling, safety and service quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support cleaning requirements across hotel departments including kitchen, food and beverage and laundry.
• Prepare and handle clean linen and dining ware for hotel operations.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools such as dishwashing machines, hand-wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens across the hotel as required.
• Follow workplace safety, company policies, quality standards and professional appearance requirements.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to follow safety, quality and company operating procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively across multiple hotel departments and respond appropriately to operational needs.
• Professional communication and workplace conduct are required.
