Assistant Manager - Front Office (Night Manager)

JOB OVERVIEW

Andaz Dubai The Palm is recruiting an Assistant Manager - Front Office (Night Manager) to support the Director of Rooms in managing Front Desk operations and maintaining smooth guest service during night shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support efficient daily and overnight Front Office operations.
• Lead Front Desk colleagues and maintain guest-service standards.
• Handle guest concerns and operational issues during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support the Director of Rooms with team supervision and operational control.
• Maintain Hyatt and Andaz brand and service expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel.
• Well-developed communication and customer-relations skills.
• Russian, Arabic or German language skills are preferred by the employer.
