Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW

Marriott International is recruiting a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor for W Muscat in Muscat, Oman. The role supports housekeeping quality, room-status coordination and daily housekeeping operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and other spaces after cleaning to confirm quality standards.
• Review room-status reports, prioritize cleaning and coordinate room-assignment changes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve operational issues.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation and employee coaching activities.
• Follow company safety, security, confidentiality and service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• No license or certification required.
