Quantity Surveyor (E&I)

JOB OVERVIEW

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is recruiting an Electrical & Instrumentation Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi to support commercial management on major EPC projects across oil and gas, petrochemical, power, industrial, marine and infrastructure sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare quantity take-offs and verify measurements for E&I works.
• Support cost control, subcontract management, progress valuation and commercial monitoring.
• Manage variations, claims and contract-administration activities.
• Coordinate commercial inputs across engineering, procurement, planning, construction, project controls and finance.
• Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Provide commercial recommendations to project leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of Quantity Surveying/commercial-management experience on E&I projects.
• At least 3 years in oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, power, T&D or substation projects.
• Strong EPC/EPCM, cost-control, claims and contract-management knowledge.
• RICS, AACE, CCP, CIOB or similar certification is preferred.
