JOB OVERVIEW
QatarEnergy is hiring an Asset Management Lead in Doha to develop and continuously improve asset-management standards, policies, processes and systems for non-operated assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and enhance asset-management standards, policies, processes and systems.
- Perform quality assurance on core asset-management practices and apply industry best practices.
- Build organisational capability through training, knowledge sharing and communities of practice.
- Work across asset teams and directorates to strengthen asset-management performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15 years of industry experience, including 8 years in asset or joint-venture management.
- Deep understanding of asset management and change-management principles and systems.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
