Job description
JOB OVERVIEW
ICMS Group is recruiting a Procurement Coordinator for its Supply Chain / Procurement Management function in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role supports project-based purchasing, supplier management, commercial evaluation, material expediting and procurement coordination for industrial and project operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project-based purchasing and raw-material sourcing activities from request through order placement.
- Prepare Requests for Quotations and support commercial bid evaluations.
- Generate and process purchase orders through the company’s ERP environment.
- Evaluate supplier performance, reliability, delivery capability and commercial competitiveness.
- Support supplier and contract negotiations covering pricing, terms and payment conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information and approved supplier records.
- Monitor order manufacturing and delivery timelines to reduce project-delivery risks.
- Coordinate material expediting, supply tracking and customs-clearance activities.
- Liaise with site and project teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and procurement issues.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven purchasing or procurement experience.
- Experience in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical or major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong supplier negotiation, vendor-management and commercial-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Good understanding of material logistics, supplier coordination and delivery processes.
