JOB OVERVIEW

Halliburton is recruiting Planning & Control opportunities in Basra, Iraq, to analyze project performance across scope, schedule, cost, risk, operations, and financial controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use approved business cases, baselines, management plans, Open Wells reports, financials, and resource-utilization data.
• Measure, analyze, and interpret variances and trends in scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify improvements and root-cause action plans.
• Provide analysis supporting project managers and senior leadership in operational-efficiency, risk, profitability, and bid-strategy decisions.
• Provide well-engineering expertise with operational, financial, contractual, and project guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate STEM degree.
• 6+ years of operations and engineering experience.
• Exposure to multi-discipline operations preferred.
• Minimum qualifications may also be acquired through technical schools or equivalent related experience.
