JOB OVERVIEW

Marriott International is recruiting an Agent-At Your Service for Sheraton Taiba in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time guest-services role manages incoming guest requests and communications across telephone, email, chat and mobile channels, ensuring requests are recorded accurately, routed to the correct department and followed through to satisfactory resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer, record and process guest requests, questions and concerns through telephone, email, chat and mobile communication channels.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, arrange wake-up calls, and connect or direct calls to the appropriate extension.
• Receive, record and relay messages accurately and log guest requests or issues in the hotel system.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as Housekeeping and Bell Services and follow up to confirm guest requests have been resolved.
• Provide guests with information about room features, hotel amenities and local areas of interest.
• Support room-service enquiries and transactions where required and assist guests with internet or in-room entertainment access.
• Maintain professional communication, service standards, confidentiality and compliance with Marriott policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience is required by the employer.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to manage guest requests accurately and courteously.
