JOB OVERVIEW
Red Sea Global Hospitality is hiring an IT Officer in Tabuk to support hotel technology operations, hardware, user support, networking and core hospitality systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-line IT support across hotel departments.
- Maintain hardware, software, user accounts and network services.
- Support MICROS Simphony POS, OPERA PMS, SevenRooms, Alliants and related hotel platforms.
- Coordinate escalated cases with vendors and maintain system reliability and security.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a similar IT-support role.
- Hospitality IT experience plus networking, hardware troubleshooting and system-administration knowledge.
- Hands-on hotel-systems experience; pre-opening exposure is an advantage.
