Accounts Receivable Clerk

JOB OVERVIEW

Mövenpick Hotel Doha is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage hotel receivables, accurate billing and collection follow-up within the finance team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding balances.
• Record payments, receipts and adjustments in the accounting system.
• Reconcile the receivables ledger and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and provide records for audits.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounts-receivable or similar finance experience, preferably in hospitality/services.
• Strong accounting knowledge, Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle or SAP.
• Fluency in English, accuracy and analytical skills.
