Specialist - Admin and Business Support

JOB OVERVIEW

Red Sea Global is recruiting an Admin and Business Support Specialist in Umluj to support utility operations through administration, documentation, procurement coordination, reporting and stakeholder management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage operational documentation, correspondence and filing systems.
• Support procurement, vendor coordination, logistics and administrative budgets.
• Coordinate training records, business projects, timelines and resources.
• Improve administrative processes and support compliance, reporting and risk documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of administrative and business-support experience, preferably in marine or technical operations.
• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• Procurement, logistics or technical-support exposure.
• Strong Arabic and English communication plus MS Office and ERP proficiency.
