JOB OVERVIEW
Marriott International is recruiting for the AsstMgr-Housekeeping position at The St. Regis Kuwait in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry activities
- Direct cleaning and maintenance of guestrooms and public spaces and complete inspections
- Manage room priorities, supplies, linen inventory and coordination with Engineering and Front Desk
- Support employee training, staffing, performance feedback and guest-issue resolution
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma or GED; OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
- Related experience: 2 years housekeeping or related professional experience with high school/GED; OR no work experience required with relevant 2-year degree.
