JOB OVERVIEW

Hilton is recruiting a Receptionist at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah to deliver front-desk service from check-in through check-out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide reception services and manage guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and front-desk communication.
• Complete required front-office checks and audits.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to support an exceptional guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a busy front-office environment.
• Relevant hospitality or reception experience is preferred.
• Professional presentation and teamwork capability.
