JOB OVERVIEW
Aramco is recruiting a Lead Business System Analyst in Saudi Arabia to support the Digital Finance Transformation Division. The role focuses on SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting solutions and plays a key part in delivering digital finance transformation initiatives across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business stakeholders to scope, design, develop, test and roll out group financial solutions using SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting and related platforms.
- Assess SAP Central Finance and reporting requirements and support implementation activities.
- Provide solution-architecture guidance for data mappings, process harmonization and CFIN/Group Reporting configuration.
- Support SAP Master Data Governance design for finance master-data objects.
- Coordinate data migration, replication and reconciliation activities.
- Support performance reporting, financial analytics and Actual/Plan/Forecast alignment.
- Analyze and resolve complex system issues and coordinate technical escalations.
- Maintain process documentation, user guides and ongoing solution support.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology or a related field.
- Up to 10 years of experience implementing SAP-based financial solutions, including at least 4 years specifically related to SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting.
- Demonstrated experience implementing complex financial systems.
- Strong understanding of financial-systems implementation, benefits measurement, design options, critical success factors and project risks.
- MBA and/or professional financial certifications such as CMA, CFA or CPA are preferred but not required.
- Relevant SAP certifications are highly valued.
