JOB OVERVIEW

Air Arabia is hiring a Call Center Agent in Manama to support customers across its network by handling inbound calls, reservations and service enquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Provide information about Air Arabia products and services.
• Process flight and holiday reservations, modifications and cancellations.
• Promote ancillary products and services while supporting sales objectives.
• Maintain service quality, productivity and customer-service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle calls, reservations and customer issues accurately.
• Sales orientation and ability to work against service/productivity measures.
• Airline, travel or call-centre experience is advantageous.
