JOB OVERVIEW
The Luxury Collection is recruiting a Cluster Learning and Development Manager in Doha, Qatar to support Al Messila and Sharq Village & Spa. The role connects learning strategy with business needs, service standards, leadership capability and employee performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess learning needs and translate business priorities into practical development plans.
- Design, coordinate and deliver training programmes aligned with property and brand standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, business impact and return on learning investment.
- Support service, leadership and performance-development initiatives.
- Identify performance gaps and work with leaders on targeted development actions.
- Manage training resources and support appropriate use of the learning budget.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Either a 2-year degree in HR, Hospitality, Business or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a qualifying 4-year bachelor's degree.
- Certified-trainer credentials are required by the employer posting.
