Customer Service Officer (UAE Nationals Only)

JOB OVERVIEW

Zurich Insurance is hiring a Customer Service Officer in Dubai to process customer requests, resolve service queries and support service-quality and productivity targets within its insurance operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer and intermediary requests accurately and within agreed service standards.
• Respond to routine customer and agent questions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and distribution partners.
• Work toward productivity, quality and service-performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience.
• Use internal systems to maintain accurate service and policy-related records.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• UAE National with Family Book, as specified in the vacancy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent background.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Understanding of insurance or employee-benefits operations.
• English and Arabic communication skills.
• Familiarity with systems such as AS400 and Content Navigator is useful.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
