Worley is hiring a People Business Partner in Al Khobar to provide HR partnership and people solutions aligned with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organizational development.
• Support talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Advise on HR policies, processes and employment matters.
• Analyze people data and trends to support business decisions.
• Support organizational change and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven People Business Partner or similar HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder, communication and problem-solving skills.
