Legal Counsel

JOB OVERVIEW

talabat is hiring a Legal Counsel in Salmiya, Kuwait to support commercial, corporate and regulatory legal matters for the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and business documents.
• Support agreements involving services, suppliers, marketing, leasing, vendors, confidentiality, IP and employment.
• Conduct legal research and assist with legal opinions.
• Support litigation, regulatory and corporate legal work.
• Provide practical legal guidance while managing business risk.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Legal qualification and relevant commercial/corporate legal experience.
• Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Kuwait’s commercial and regulatory environment is advantageous.
• Strong business judgment and stakeholder-management skills.
