Marketing Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Mövenpick Hotel Al Zaytoon Baghdad, part of Accor, is recruiting a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop the marketing team and oversee content and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams on shared business objectives.
• Use marketing automation and analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide data-driven marketing reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strong digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, analytics, communication, project-management, and team-leadership capability.
