AI & Technology Developer – Intern

JOB OVERVIEW

Knight Frank Middle East is recruiting an AI & Technology Developer Intern in Dubai to help build internal technology, data and AI solutions that replace fragmented manual processes with practical digital tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean, structure and analyze business data for digital platforms and reporting.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, research and automation.
• Support development of websites, web applications and internal business tools.
• Help build and improve an in-house CRM and business technology platform.
• Experiment with new technologies and translate business problems into practical prototypes.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve processes and information flows.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Early-career or graduate profile with evidence of hands-on technical building through university, personal, freelance or internship projects.
• Interest in AI, software development, data and digital innovation.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently and work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving mindset.
